What Is CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend?

This pre-blended vial combines CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin in a single reconstitution, targeting both GHRH receptors and GHS-R1a simultaneously. The two compounds act on different receptors that both regulate growth hormone release. No published human trial has tested this specific blend; the data below are for each component on its own.

Published Clinical Data

• CJC-1295 (Teichman et al., Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 2006): two randomised, placebo-controlled trials in healthy adults aged 21-61. A single injection raised mean GH 2- to 10-fold for 6 days or more and IGF-I 1.5- to 3-fold for 9-11 days, with no serious adverse reactions reported. Note: that study used CJC-1295 with DAC (half-life 5.8-8.1 days); this blend uses CJC-1295 without DAC, which is much shorter acting.
• Ipamorelin (phase 2, International Journal of Colorectal Disease, 2014): 114 bowel-resection patients received IV ipamorelin or placebo for post-operative ileus. It was well tolerated, but showed no significant difference from placebo on the efficacy endpoints (median time to first tolerated meal 25.3 vs 32.6 h, p = 0.15).
