The KLOW Blend extends the GLOW formula by adding KPV (Lys-Pro-Val), an alpha-MSH derived anti-inflammatory tripeptide. KPV contributes NF-kB inhibition and reduces inflammatory signaling in epithelial cells, making KLOW the more comprehensive option for research involving inflammatory skin conditions or post-procedure recovery models.

KLOW is a four-peptide blend in one vial: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu (the largest component by mass) and KPV. Each acts on a different pathway in the tissue-repair and inflammation literature, which is the rationale for studying them together.
In published models, BPC-157 is associated with new capillary formation (VEGFR2), TB-500 with cell migration via actin regulation, GHK-Cu with collagen and elastin crosslinking (it carries a copper cofactor) and broad gene-expression effects, and KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, with suppression of NF-kB inflammatory signalling. The blend is supplied for laboratory research use only.
